I am a proud associate member of 'The Institute of Company Secretaries of India' having experience of more than 6 years in Corporate Law & Taxation. Presently, I am the proprietor of Ranjeet Singh and Associates which was established in February, 2017. The firm is engaged and rendering specialized services in the area of Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Legal Drafting of Contracts, deeds and Agreements, Goods and Service Tax (GST) & Income Tax. Apart from this, we provide consultancy related to business and brand setup.
